Interest Free Credit (IFC)
- Interest Free Credit (IFC) is available for up to 6 months on all orders. A 50% deposit is required when ordering.
- All Care+/Care+Gold/Care+Platinum schemes the plan discount can be redeemed on any orders placed 9 months after joining the plan, not on the initial order. A 10% discount will be applied on any orders before this.
- For patients upgrading from Care+ to Care+Gold/Care+Platinum, the maximum discount of 25%/35% will be applied from joining the new plan.
Breakage Promise
- Complete pairs only.
- Entitles patients to 2 years cover for accidental damage.
- The patient is required to return the damaged/broken spectacles to the practice whilst plan is active.
- The patient will pay an excess of 30% only.
- In the situation where we are not able to source the same frame, a frame of equivalent value can be chosen by the patient.
- If the patient wishes to upgrade, the value of the original frame will be taken off the new frame.
- If the patient chooses a frame of less value a refund will not be given.
- The original prescription must be used.
Loss
- 50% discount will be applied to any one pair within a 12-month period.
- The original prescription must be used.
2nd Pair of Spectacles – Care+ Platinum only
- Standard single vision lenses apply (retail value £120)
- All lenses will include a premium anti-reflective coating.
- Frame can be chosen to the value of £90.
- Equivalent to a value of £210.
- Should the patient choose to upgrade to alternative lenses, such as varifocals or thinner options, the value of the original lenses (£120) will be deducted from the total cost, along with any applicable additional offers – terms apply.
- Offer applies to 1 pair of spectacles per year.
Care+ discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
